    When we first started using IdSurvey, we were amazed by the clean interface and ease of use of the system. Simply because it is easy to use, do not think that IdSurvey lacks any features. IdSurvey provides us with robust sample management which has been essential when conducting nationwide studies. Programing questionnaires has never been easier with the ability to seamlessly switch between the UI for simple questions and IdCode for more complex questions. I found IdCode to be very easy to pick-up and use even though I have almost no coding experience. We were able to integrate the click-to-dial functionality of IdSurvey with our softphones which has resulted in increased productivity and 0 errors compared to hand dialing phone numbers. IdSurvey is a great product that I would recommend to any institution who use CATI or mixed-mode interviewing techniques.

    We have been using IdWeb software in lots of interviewing projects since 3 years. The software suits our needs very well and is flexible enough to handle different kind of projects. The software combines an easy to use GUI with the possibility to write the questionnaire in code, this makes it fast and easy to create complex surveys. There are no direct bugs or problems with the software that I know of which is very important for us. The software feels stable and the uptime on our hosted version has been 100% for us.

    The personnel we are in contact with is assistance and support. This support is always quick, often at Skype, and very helpful. When we had complex and advanced needs the support have helped us modify the software and write scripts to solve our problems.

    Customer Satisfation on online survice users of Agenzia delle Entrate (Income Revenue Authority). Research on web customer satisfaction to evaluate perceived quality on “Entratel” service, perceived quality of “Fisconline” service and Agenzia delle Entrate image.

    The problem

    We needed to activate a Web platform able to acquire (in real time) directly from Agenzia delle Entrate website questionnaires filled in by online services users.

    The solution

    We chose IdWeb because it’s Italian, young, innovative and because IdWeb was able to offer an integrated system (CATI, CAPI, CAWI and Smartphone) that allows to manage with a unique program different research methods.

    Benefits

    Improvement on time and performances that allowed costs control. Moreover, the purchase of the new software, extremely user friendly, allowed the remote access (internal and external to the company) to a number and type of individuals not possible with old systems. The output quality is extremely high and guaranteed: from automatic and continuos controls, that follow the interview progress, to real time digital data availability and detailed report (video and/or printed material) both at the end and during interviews administering (for external assessments and for report to the customer). The solution offered to Pragma a license for the software to be installed directly in our own server.
